How it works
Consult
Tell me your goals, your schedule and the events that matter to you.
Assess
We set your power zones and build your starting profile.
Train
You get a structured plan in TrainingPeaks, adjusted as life happens.
Every interval has a purpose
Here is how a session is built and tracked. Each over-under set swings 1 minute above threshold (Zone 5) and 2 minutes below it (Zone 3), 4 times per set, then every session gets reviewed afterward.
Sample data for illustration. Zone 5 is about 110% of FTP and Zone 3 about 83%. Your zones are set from your own field test.
